Residence tax is included in the rental price of the apartment and it is 1 euro / person / day.

 

The guest is obliged to pay the full amount of the rent while taking over the apartment.

 

When taking over the apartment, the guest is obliged to give a deposit of 100 euros in case of possible damage during the stay in the apartment, which will be returned to him if no damage has occurred.

 

If the apartment is not returned in the state in which it is handed, the guest is obliged to compensate for the damage done in communication with the owner.

 

Stays shorter than 4 nights are charged separately, ie the price is increased.

 

The prices of the apartments include: water, electricity, air conditioning (provided that the air condition is not running while no one is in the apartment), internet, parking, change of bed linen and towels every 7 days, and final cleaning.

 

Check out is until 10:00 h on the last day, and Check in is possible from 14:00 h (except on special arrangement).

 

In the period from 30th of June till 31st of August reservations are possible from Saturday to Saturday, ie 7, 14 or 21 days

(except by special arrangement).
